Usage Data and Technical Information

When you use the Website, our hosting, security, and website infrastructure may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type and version, device or operating-system information, access times, requested pages, and diagnostic or security information. We use this information as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the Website.

We do not currently use website analytics services, advertising pixels, remarketing tools, or behavioral advertising technologies to analyze visitors or target advertisements.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website and the infrastructure that supports it may use cookies, local or session storage, and similar technologies that are necessary or useful for security, fraud or bot prevention, technical operation, compatibility, and website functionality.

We do not currently use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. If our use of cookies or similar technologies materially changes, we may update this Privacy Policy, provide additional cookie disclosures, or obtain consent where required by applicable law.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling necessary or functional technologies may affect how portions of the Website operate.

How We Use Personal Data

We may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To receive, review, and respond to inquiries and requests.
  • To evaluate potential residential or commercial projects and communicate about requested services.
  • To contact you using an appropriate method, such as email, telephone, or text message, regarding your inquiry, estimate, scheduling, project, site visit, or other related business matter. We do not operate a promotional SMS subscription program through the Website.
  • To prepare for, perform, administer, or follow up on services or a business relationship with you.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Website and related systems.
  • To maintain appropriate business records and manage our operations.
  • To prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, or other harmful activity.
  • To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, establish or defend legal claims, and enforce agreements or policies.
  • To evaluate or complete a merger, sale, reorganization, financing, or other transfer involving some or all of the business or its assets.

Submitting an inquiry through the Website does not enroll you in a marketing email or promotional text-message list. We do not currently use inquiry information to send newsletters, special offers, or unrelated promotional campaigns.

How We Disclose Personal Data

We may disclose Personal Data in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers. We may provide information to service providers that support website hosting and infrastructure, website forms and file storage, security, email delivery, business email, backups, and related technical or operational functions. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services or as otherwise permitted by applicable law and their agreements with us.
  • Business Transactions. Personal Data may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
  • Legal and Safety Reasons. We may disclose information when required by law or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process, protect our rights or property, investigate wrongdoing, protect users or the public, or protect against legal liability.
  • With Your Direction or Consent. We may disclose information when you ask or authorize us to do so.

We do not sell Personal Data. We do not currently use Personal Data collected through the Website for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

Retention of Personal Data

We retain Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable legal, contractual, security, dispute-resolution, and business-record requirements.

For an inquiry that does not become a customer or project relationship, we generally retain identifiable inquiry information for up to two years after the last relevant communication or activity associated with the inquiry. We may delete or anonymize information sooner when it is no longer needed.

If an inquiry becomes a customer, project, or other business relationship, relevant information may become part of our customer, project, contractual, accounting, warranty, tax, or other business records and may be retained for a different period based on the purpose of the record and applicable legal or business requirements.

Technical and security records, including server or email-delivery logs, may be retained for shorter or different periods based on operational needs and the settings or retention schedules of the systems and service providers involved.

We may retain information longer when reasonably necessary to comply with law, establish or defend legal claims, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or security incidents, or honor a specific request where appropriate.

When information is deleted from active systems, residual copies may remain temporarily in routine backups or disaster-recovery systems until those copies are overwritten or deleted in the ordinary course. Such residual copies are not intended for ordinary business use.

We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual for business analysis, planning, or recordkeeping.

Transfer and Processing of Personal Data

Personal Data may be processed by us and by Service Providers in locations where they operate. As a result, information may be processed outside your state or other jurisdiction. Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for a transfer, we will use safeguards appropriate to the circumstances.

Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may contact us to ask about Personal Data you have provided through the Website or to request access to, correction of, or deletion of that information. Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have additional privacy rights.

We may need to verify a request before acting on it. We may also retain information when required or permitted by law, when reasonably necessary for an ongoing business relationship, or for purposes such as recordkeeping, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal claims.

Because the Website does not provide user accounts, there is no account dashboard or account-settings page through which Website visitors manage their Personal Data.

Security of Personal Data

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information we process. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Do Not Track Policy as Required by the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

Our Website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

Some browsers and third-party services provide privacy controls that may limit certain forms of tracking. You can review and adjust available privacy settings in your browser or device.

Because we do not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing tools, or behavioral advertising technologies, we do not currently track Website visitors across third-party websites for advertising purposes.

Children's Privacy

The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13 through the Website. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided Personal Data to us, please contact us. If we learn that we collected such information without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Links to Other Websites

The Website may contain links to websites or services that are not operated by us. If you follow a third-party link, that third party's privacy practices will apply. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site or service you visit.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, services, or legal obligations. When we update it, we will post the revised Privacy Policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Where additional notice or consent is required by applicable law, we will provide it in an appropriate manner.
